Beyond its dinner offerings, Neutral Ground boasts a menu of custom, house-made cakes: whether you're marking a milestone birthday, toasting a promotion, or just feeling fancy on a Friday, one can indulge in the classic selections from Chef Guas’ expert pastry skills, as a James Beard Award Finalist for his baking cookbook, on your next visit to Neutral Ground:
· Red Velvet Layered Cake – rich and velvety with whipped cream cheese icing
· German Chocolate Cake – you’ll go "nuts" over it – with coconut and pecans!
· Lemon or Chocolate Doberge – a signature NOLA favorite with layers upon layers of flavor
· Toasted Coconut Cake – Feeling Tropical? A little decadence with whipped cream cheese
· American Yellow Buttercream Cake – a nostalgic classic that is oh-so-delicious

All cakes must be ordered a week [7 days] in advance of the celebratory reservation at Neutral Ground. Cakes are only available for celebrations at the restaurant with an existing reservation. Cakes are not available for delivery or outside celebrations. There is no charge for plating cakes purchased from Neutral Ground [$3 charge plating per person for outside cakes.]
